
Sasi Victoire

Dr. Sasi Victoire is an accomplished artist and cultural ambassador whose career bridges continents and disciplines. With a PhD and Master of Arts, she combines cultural insights and educational frameworks with a passion for interdisciplinary exploration.
Her practice spans visual arts, theatre, and literature, often addressing identity, environment, and social justice. Influenced by residencies
in Malaysia and Thailand, Sasi brings a global perspective to her work, exhibited in venues such as the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, Kala Kendra Museum in Jaipur, Tanks Art Centre in Cairns, and Bank Negara Museum Gallery in Malaysia.
A strong advocate for community engagement, she has curated exhibitions celebrating Indigenous art and mentored emerging artists. Her projects, from theatrical productions like Alice in the Antipathies to children’s books and scholarly writings, highlight
her multidimensional approach.
Recognized with awards such as the AMMA Global Award for Human Rights through Art, Sasi continues to inspire through exhibitions, publications, and performances that use creativity as a force
for cultural exchange and societal change.
